Yaney family account books : mss., 1850-1882.

Vol. 1 contains accounts, 1850-1853, of Israel P. Yaney (later of Inyo County) for his business interests in Sonora, Calif. Some relate to his partnerships with A. Barabino, J. Wilson and others. Vol. 2 contains daily record, May 3-July 22, 1854, of passengers and fares for the Pioneer Stage Line on the Stockton-Sonora Road, and records, 1870-1882, of the Oneota Mining District, Nevada. These include mining laws, minutes of meetings and records of claims. Signatures of William Wetherill, first Chairman, I.P. Yaney, Jr., Recorder (1882) and others.
